2 months agoDrinks are overpriced. The lychee fruit tea was decent, but the customer service was terrible. The cashier had no customer service skills and responded in an irritated, arrogant manner. Rude and disrespectful to paying customers. Customers should be treated better, especially when we’re the ones paying.

8 months agoTook my 2 daughters here. We each got a drink $26 for 3 drinks. Oldest daughter asked for lite ice, Asian lady said "that 1 dolla". We got our drinks my oldest daughter turned to walk away from counter and dropped her drink, the lady just stood there zero cares and no offer to replace even though I just spent 26 dollars. Then I look at my receipt and every drink was 50 to 86 cents more than price listed. Do not suggest any parents to go here. And none of the drinks were even worth the prices (especially not with the sly overcharges).

10 months agothe boba is not all that. it’s not good at all neither is the ube boba. the ube boba just tastes like milk and the customer service is poor. the second time i got it i wanted to give it redemption hoping it might have just been a bad drink to order. i ask for a taro and i get it goes fine i rethink my decision about this place until while im drinking it there’s a tonsil stone in it. never again

a year agoThe customer service is horrible. The cashier has no respect for customers. At first I thought it was maybe a language barrier something but quickly became clear she didn't want to be there or something...person is on the left in pic. And, its over priced..the least they can do is good customer service.

a year agoThe waffle ice cream I ordered made me immediately regret my decision. A cheap store-bought chocolate ice cream was served with old and brownish mangoes. The chocolate chips were not worth the additional cost. I never attempted it again.

a year agoOwner gave me a faulty cup and 2 minutes after i walked out, when i didn’t even open it the whole thing fell out from a slit in the cup and even after i took photos to prove it they yelled at me and refused a refund or a remake. I demand a refund for a product i couldn’t even try and the poor management, I even offered to let them see rhe cctv to see that i didn’t drop the cup but they didn’t even hear me out and started yelling. I want a refund asap, for the lost, untried product, and awful manager. I want my 8$ back.

4 years agoI literally spent about $90 in 4 hours of being at the mall, visiting this place 3 times lol The owner was speaking to customers the 3rd visit & just letting us know she was short staffed (most businesses are) and that she appreciate our patience! The waffles 🧇 are so good! I'm definitely visiting again. Mind you this is handmade ice cream! Fresh waffles, freshly made drinks so definitely go & have some patience because it's definitely worth the wait. There also is 2 types of Bobba & the poppin bobba is my favorite! Enjoy! I hate I didn't get pictures of all the things we tried but everything was great!
